Project ParyavaranMap – AI-Powered Pollution & Green Index Mapping

ParyavaranMap is a machine learning-based environmental monitoring and visualization tool from Green Code Labs to map real-time pollution levels and greenery cover in cities, industrial areas, and rural India.

It uses satellite data, IoT-enabled air quality monitoring sensors, and machine learning algorithms to develop dynamic Pollution & Green Index (PGI) scores. The scores assist urban planners, policymakers, and citizens in identifying pollution hotspots and assessing the impact of green initiatives.

The platform facilitates environmental transparency and encourages missions of smart cities, ESG compliance monitoring, and grassroots awareness movements for cleaner and greener communities.

Important Features:

  1. Real-time air quality tracking (PM2.5, PM10, NOx, CO2, etc.)
  2. Green cover detection with AI & satellite imagery
  3. Pollution & Green Index (PGI) scoring system
  4. Environmental map dashboards for interactive exploration
  5. Historical trends & analytics
  6. API integration with smart city portals
  7. Citizen reporting & engagement features

Target Impact:

  1. Environmental planning for urban areas
  2. ESG & CSR compliance monitoring
  3. Public health awareness
  4. Climate change mitigation
  5. Rural-to-urban green index monitoring
  6. Smart city & SDG integration
